Seminole County Public Schools has an opportunity for an individual to join the technology team for Red Apple Dining. This role is responsible for supporting point-of-sale systems, menu planning software, online meal applications, inventory systems, purchasing platforms, online payment systems, and related hardware. The position requires strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve system and application issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows Server operating system management, MS Active Directory in a multi-domain environment, and MS SQL Server database management. The individual will provide enterprise-level application support while ensuring systems operate securely and reliably. Exceptional guest service and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively supporting internal and external guests.

Position qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or High School Diploma, equivalence, or Florida Special Diploma and a minimum of three (3) years of related work experience in programming/systems analysis.
